How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Revelate → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Premium access until then.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select Revelate from the list. Apple's policies determine eligibility.

I'm not seeing the 7-day free trial.

Free trials are offered to new subscribers only. If you've previously subscribed (even briefly), Apple may not show the trial again. This is Apple's policy and we have no control over it.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Profile (tap your avatar at the top of any tab) → Settings → Delete Account. Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days (90 days for backup copies). This action cannot be undone.

How do I change my email or password?

Profile → Edit Profile to change your name or photo. To change your password, use Profile → Change Password. To change your email, contact us — we handle email changes manually for security.

Why is Revi suggesting something incorrect?

Revi is an AI assistant — it's a tool, not a theological authority. It can occasionally produce factual errors or mistranslate scripture. Always verify specific claims, especially Bible references, against a trusted Bible. If you spot a recurring problem, please report it.

Can I use Revelate on Android?

We're iOS only at launch. Android support is on our roadmap.

Why is the app only in English?

We launched in English to focus on quality. Additional languages are on the roadmap.
